Proactively identifies environment needs related to server balance, licensing, security patches and fix packs. Demonstrates in-depth product/solution knowledge as well as strong vendor and industry knowledge. Consulted when evaluating new vendors and technologies. Excellent knowledge of all the implementation and integrations of assigned area. Strong understanding of multiple integrations of systems outside of ownership. Consulted as integration expert. Proficient with security, compliance, and auditing implications surrounding assigned area. Effectively insures they are maintained during development and upgrade efforts by all area personnel. Thorough understanding of current software licensing and pricing models. Keeps current with new and changing price models based on new technologies and offerings. Is aware of supported systems renewal schedules and recognizes and reports to management on potential cost saving opportunities. *Mandatory Skills:* Experience with WCM, GSA, UI Design and portal migration Experience in Websphere Portal 7.0, Websphere Portal 8.5, Migration from 7 to 8.5, Portal Theme setup, WCM, Javascript, ajax, jQuery, json. Strong understanding and experience with WebSphere Application Server for Windows and AIX operating systems.
