Requirements: Strong technical and analytical ability with experience developing applications in a professional software development environment with hands-on design, architecture, implementation, and support experience with J2EE and related platform technologies. Must be adaptable and flexible in order to quickly assimilate and utilize our rapid application development framework. Strong background in Java and object oriented design patterns, Java IDE - Eclipse or equivalent, Java Servlet programming, Java builds tools and MVC framework such as Struts. experience with using Java tag libraries, threading, JDBC, Generics. experience with UI development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledgeable and experienced with scripting. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
