The two main skills that they need are experience with Java and experience with WebSphere. Two other things that will need to be mentioned in their resume is MQ, and IIB (IBM Integration Bus). Big picture of the project. They have a new CTO. He has established some “pillars” for T Rowe success. One of those pillars is Enterprise data services. An enterprise data warehouse which will support all investment decisions. This project is related to that DW supporting the Bank of Melon transition project. This project is standing IDW (Investment Data Warehouse) 3rd track. EDS team is 250 people. Manager’s team is 5 people and hiring more. These consultants are being brought in to support all of the overflow. This is a 6 month contract. This WebSphere, IBM IB, Java, MQ Consultant will support that effort as a WebHosting Engineer.
