Proven large scale EDM migration success. Excellent organization and communication skills with demonstrated business savvy to interact with management, users, contract resources, vendors, and other IT teams. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing all phases of a project from requirements gathering, quality management and on-time delivery. Ability to travel and to flex daily work schedule as needed to allow for time-zone differences for global teamwork, planning, communication, and training. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or a related degree or equivalent experience. NICE TO HAVES: Experience with Enovia MatrixOne PLM software a plus. Experience with common engineering application license management technologies and techniques. Solaris/Windows operating systems knowledge. Experience with project planning and estimation. Experience with a centralized application support model in a global engineering environment.
