Works on problems / projects of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. *Duties and responsibilities* *Job Specific Skills/Special Functions:* - Experience reading and executing SQL is required. - Ability to understand Business Objects universe design is preferred. - Experience creating and modifying Business Objects reports is preferred. - Healthcare/Medicaid experience is a plus. - Prior experience working with a data warehouse preferred. - Involved in small, medium and large sized projects of diverse complexity and scope. - Specialist that applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues. - They are responsible to delegate or create timelines for getting the work completed. Can oversee others and project plans related to projects. - Leads meetings and ensures right participants are in attendance.
