* * *Consultant Details:* Name : Years of exp : Ph No : Email : Location : Relocation : Availability : Visa status : Rate : * * *REQUIREMENT:* *Location *: NY** *Duration *: 6 months *Rate *: DOE *Here is the job description:* - Should be able to develop, support, debug portal web applications, portal services and portal components. - Should be able to do web sphere portal configuration management tasks. - Should be able to develop, support, and debug JEE applications involving n-tier architecture. - Should have ability to understand user requirements, do analysis and deliver the design. - Should be able to understand the technical design, deliver good quality of code as per the design within the estimated effort. - Should be a good team player, has to work with ASA to provide Level -3 support, work with designer, work with FA to understand business requirements, work with testers. - Demonstrate strong development skills in team environment or individually. - Support B2B applications, trouble shoot issues and find the route cause for the issues and fix them. - Should be able to take rotation for on call support for B2B apps part of the team's responsibility. *Required Skills:* - Experienced in design and development of portlets with IBM API, JSR 168, JSR 268, JSF. - Experienced in developing web application using Portlet Factory, RAD v6/V7, Eclipse 3.0 to develop portal applications. - Experienced in web development (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, Servlet, JSP). - Experienced in J2EE development using various frameworks (JSF, Struts, EJB, Spring, JDO) *Additional Preferred Skills:* - Experience in developing WSRP portlets, Themes/Skin development, Wiring/Event handling. - Experience in designing applications for n-tier architecture.
