Hi, Hope you are doing well, Please find the below requirement and if you are comfortable and interested please send your updated profile along with below details ASAP to move forward with submission process. *Job Title: Network Engineer* *Location: TBD* *Duration: Long term* *Description Of Work:* The Client is currently undertaking an initiative to build a ten plus (10+) member team of highly skilled, highly motivated consultants to engage in upcoming Contrail deployment activities. Selected consultants would remain in the employ of the Subcontractor (expect a 1-year term) and would be trained on Contrail and other required skills in a 5-week class to be provided by Juniper. Consultants MUST be willing to relocate to the customer site in most cases and agree to 50%+ travel for non-relocation projects. Looking for candidates with strong systems engineering background along with good understanding of networking technologies. This position will expose the candidates to the dynamics of interactions of cloud software stacks with networking components that will continually grow the candidates with the evolution of the field. The candidates are expected to interact with field engineers, account teams and customers to develop solutions and validate them in lab as needed. Hands-on candidates with prior knowledge of systems integration is a huge plus. Given the nature of the evolving field the candidate is expected to be a self-driven, detailed oriented professional, who is eager to learn new technology areas and drive innovation/evolution based on solid technical understanding. *Desired Skills & Experience [Qualifications]* • Linux administration experience, DPDK a plus, open-source tools, Cassandra, and scripting preferably on Python. • Knowledge in server virtualization, SDN, NFV, OpenFlow, and OpenStack/Opencontrail a definite plus. Resources are available online for all of these areas. • Strong knowledge of the operation, design principles and troubleshooting of High-performance IP routing, switching, network security, TCP/IP, and BGP is essential. • Although some training will be provided, a strong knowledge of JUNOS and Juniper QFX, EX, MX, and/or SRX products is desirable. • Effective consultancy, planning & communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills, ability to work on service provider projects and manage customers appropriately is a strong plus. • Technical writing skills, admin/config/troubleshooting is a plus.
