*Duration: 6-12 Month CTH * *MUST HAVE Strong experience with:* Oracle Development, ETL/Informatica, PL/SQL, Some MDM experience *Required Skills:* Ø 5+ years of experience with Database development Ø 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL development Ø 3+ years of experience working with different Oracle Databases (versions 10 11 or 12) Ø Experience with new development and improving functionality Ø Experience integrating different systems Ø Must have experience with data replication Ø Must have a thorough understanding of ETL concepts and principles Ø Experience in an Agile environment Ø Experience with performance aspects of the data base (i.e. fixing slow response times) Ø Must have some documentation experience Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must Ø Must have experience working individually as well as in a team environment Ø Desired Skills: Ø Must be willing to learn some database administration responsibilities Ø Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) Ø Experience with Informatica or Data Hub Technologies Ø Familiarity with Data Modeling Ø Experience with Web Services Technologies Ø Experience with Real-Time Web Services Ø Experience with JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) Ø A Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or similar field of study *Description of Role/Responsibilities:* This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Oracle Database Developer to join a well-known, global organization. We are looking for individuals who have experience designing and developing Oracle databases. Ideal candidates will be experts in PL/SQL development and thoroughly understand ETL concepts and principles. This position will be focusing on new development, improving functionality, permanence tuning and integrating different systems. One issue the team is working to improve is real-time performance issues and slow response times. This person will be helping to document and implement different best practices while working in an Agile environment.
