Please find the below our *direct client requirement* and please send me your consultants resume to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title: QA Analyst (Must have ISeries or AS400 experience)Location: Oak Brook, ILDuration: 6 Months* *Need only locals* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: § Responsible for providing testing services for new applications, additions or modifications to existing applications, hardware/infrastructure upgrades, hardware/infrastructure failover simulations. This is done during regular business hours as well as after hours and on weekends when necessary to achieve project deadlines. § Responsible for providing testing and documentation services for the various Hub Group Enterprise projects that span multiple platforms including iSeries, Server and Web applications most likely in the same project. § Assist other resources or departments and ensure department standards are followed where applicable. § Participate in project design reviews, leveraging expert application knowledge, to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules and/or system conflicts. § Design, write, revise and verify test scripts and test procedures for product evaluation to attain highest quality standards. § Develop and manage test plans, manual test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and "ad-hoc testing". § Carry out testing related activities for various Hub Group projects. This will entail being responsible for following the project through the full testing cycle until post implementation monitoring is complete in compliance with department standards. § Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests § Verify that programs function according to user requirements. § Identify, log, prioritize, communicate, and resolve issues with developers and/or project managers. § Monitor bug resolution efforts and track progress § Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness § Keep current with all new system and application functionality additions and changes § Document test procedures to ensure reusability and compliance with department standards § Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: § Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in the transportation industry § Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining quality § Well-versed in all testing methodologies (white vs. black box test work, system vs. functional) § Proven problem solving skills § Proven critical thinking skills § Proven multitasking skills § Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues § ISeries, Server and Web knowledge as it relates to testing and documentation is required § MS Word, MS Excel, Lotus Notes, Power Point, SQL § Strong written and oral communication skills § Strong influencing and negotiating skills necessary to drive project timelines *Thanks,Soloman rajPhone: 630-883-4515 EXT-422 |[email protected] <[email protected]>www.aptude.com <http://www.aptude.com> | 1387 Wind Energy Pass, Batavia, IL 60510* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
