*Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ* *Interview: Telephonic/Skype* *Duration: 6+ Months* *Job Description:* *Roles and responsibilities:* · Is an agile expert · Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is not part of the scrum or individual agile team · Is able to provide objective guidance, without personal or political considerations · Has experience in implementing agile techniques in different cultures and environments · Has successfully run agile projects previously of varying size and complexity · Understands quickly the Organization structure, funding models, working culture and existing impediments to form action plans to help the Organization adopt and scale agile to large programs, portfolios and ultimately the enterprise · Introduces agile to new teams · Socializes agile throughout the organization · Assesses and helps with problems at a team, management and executive level · Strengthens the presence of Cognizant as an agile center of excellence. Actively contributes to the company’s Agile and Lean Community.
