Onbase Product Support Rep
Requirements: 1-2 years Onbase experience - managing service desk/support
questions
Monday - Friday Onsite 100%
Opening is due to increased volume
The two production support roles require those that have sys admin and
workflow experience with OnBase - version 12 as the earliest preferably
Version 13
• Will the candidate be supporting an end user using this product?
Yes
• If they are not supporting an end user will they be supporting user’s
from a technical perspective?
If the break/fix is technical in nature, it is possible. They need to be
able to trouble shoot problems within the tool.
• Is this a help desk position in which the candidate will be answering end
users questions?
This position does not reside within the help desk, they will remain within
our team. The candidate will be working with end users to resolve issues as
they arise within our queue.
• Besides Onbase are there any specific skills or programs that would be
useful for the candidate to have?
C# is the common language that we write in within this team, additionally
SQL is a good indicator for workflow minded individuals.
