Req: Front End Developer with Adobe CQ/AEM @ Baltimore MD

Must have:
*- 10 years front development experience*
- Strong FE development experience: HTML5, *JavaScript, jQuery,* Ajax,
*CSS *
- Familiarity with server side coding practices
- Angular JS
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solid client side debugging skills (cross browser)
- Someone who takes initiative
Pluses:
- Adobe CQ/*AEM is a huge plus. I asked him where to find this skillset
and he said that T Rowe uses it.*
- Adobe Omniture
- Code versioning: SVN/GIT
- Less or Sass
Nice to have:
- SEO knowledge, web accessibility standards, semantic markup
- Agile development skills
- Supporting a globally disperse user population
- JetBrains WebStorm
- Confluence, Jira
Intangibles
- Leadership experience
- Self-motivated
- Needs to be able to look beyond the work they’re given, not just take
orders
- Communication skills are key, might deal w/client
- Financial background is a plus but not a must have
