Job Description:
Must Have - Good Knowledge & at least 5 years of Experience on OBIEE 10g
and 11g
Must have - PeopleSoft HRMS, Payroll and Time & Labor Experience
Gathering of business requirements and designed prototypes
Design and develop reporting requirements for business intelligence
applications
Develop Dashboards/Reports using the Oracle Business Intelligence Analytics
platform
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and
business concepts to technical audiences
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask and escalate as needed
Experience analyzing Human Resource, Payroll and T&L data
Experience with software development lifecycles
Support user training, documentation, and rollout to end user community
Strong communication skills
Manager Notes:
Manager is looking for someone with excellent experience with OBIEE (Oracle
intelligence tool used for reporting). Should have strong analytical skills
as well as Payroll and Time & Labor experience (PeopleSoft is preferred,
but another tool would be acceptable as well.)
An OBIEE tester with some Payroll/Time & Labor experience (from a data
perspective; analyzing and functionality) = ideal candidate.
Interview process – phone followed by in person. If they are not local,
will do a WebEx or Skype interview.
