*Role - Informatica IDQ Developer Consultant (6+ month contract NYC or
Warren NJ, St. Louis MO)*



*Duration – 12+ Months *

*Description-*

   - Interact and collaborate with Business and Technology Stakeholders to
   identify and document the critical data assets in scope for a particular
   project engagement.
   - Collaborate with team members to document business requirements in
   respect to data quality
   - Document what metrics will be used to classify quality dimension of
   completeness, conformance, consistency, validity, uniqueness, and content
   - Efficiently handled the Granularity, Indexing and Partitioning of
   underlying data storage platform
   - Mapping experiences with SCD TYPES, Master, Transactional Subject
   areas and other dimensional models with respect to RDBMS based large Data
   Warehouses
   - Performed Data Profiling, Standardization, Identifying Anomalies,
   creating/applying rules and mappings/mapplets
   - Performed End-to-end Data Lineage integrating IDQ with IMM is a plus
   - Performed Gap Analysis between the Current State and Future DQM
   environments
   - Identify Data Gaps and Quality issues plus recommending potential
   solutions

*Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree & 7+ years of IT programming experience using
   Informatica required
   - Experience using Informatica IDQ - Data Quality Developer (v9.x) and
   Informatica Data Quality Analyst tool (version 9.x) to analyze, profile,
   and develop cleansing and standardization rules required
   - Experience with Master Data Management/MDM required
   - Experience with Informatica Metadata Manager is a significant plus
   - Hands on experience on IDQ-BDE is a significant advantage
   - Experience working within the areas of Data Management in Big Data and
   large RDBMS environments
   - Experience developing Data Quality Scorecards and Dashboards is
   desirable
   - Strong knowledge of types of relational data organizations such as
   OLAP, OLTP, Data Marts, ODS and multi-Dimensional Warehousing systems
   - Ability to work with IT teams to get access to data so that it can be
   analyzed and profile
   - Mapping experiences using different transformations like Filter,
   Joiner, Router, Source Qualifier, Expression, Sequence Generator,
   Unconnected / Connected Lookup, Update Strategy, Aggregator, Sorter, Union,
   Transaction control , Match, Key Generator, Association, Consolidation,
   Labeler, Parser,  Address Validator,  Classifier, Decision,  Standardizer,
   Expression, Case Converter and Merge
   - Ability to perform and support root cause analysis, development,
   testing and validation of Data Quality rules and report output
   - Demonstrated data analysis and problem solving skills
   - Ability to work and contribute to team-building objectives
   - Effective verbal and written communication skills
