Please let me know if you have any consultant for this position, Also please share resumes on [email protected] *Web Performance engineer- Non- local is fine for this role * *Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI* *Duration: 12 months to full-time hire* *Company: Distribution* *Interview: Video/ They will pay to fly the candidate onsite* *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES* o Develop performance test strategies o Monitor web application performance on a daily basis. o Establish automated performance monitoring tools and processes. o Provide long-term performance improvement recommendations. o Perform in-depth root cause analysis on high-priority web technology issues. o Recommend solutions to resolve complex performance issues (response time, throughput, etc.). o Provide input and insight on software design, architecture and build process. o Develop technical proofs of concept to test and validate optimizations. o Analyze performance test results to evaluate production infrastructure impacts and compare them to previous release benchmarks. o Educate developers on application performance best practices. o Work with cross-functional project teams to define performance metrics and acceptance criteria. ยท Collaborate with infrastructure and application development teams, as well as business partners, to ensure optimal performance of e-commerce websites. *MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* - High school diploma or equivalent.
