*Location: **Minnesota/ New Jersey* *Interview: Telephonic/Skype* *Duration: 6+ Months (Contract/CTH)* *Job Description:* *Required skills: * · Candidate must have minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst · The candidate must understand the Sales and Marketing function in Pharmaceutical companies in depth and demonstrate deep business process knowledge. · Good understanding of Pharma commercial operations concepts like alignments, targeting, reporting and incentives. · Good exposure to Pharma commercial data like Sales, Claims, Payers, Specialty pharmacy *Roles & Responsibilities:* · Provide business analysis support for key projects and enhancements. · Work with key vendors providing IT solutions and/or support for various business functions. · Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability. Exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy. Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes. · Provides business consulting support to customers. · Identifies issues and helps with resolution efforts.
