maintain the BCUS desktop environment. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows • Install software using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) / Manual installation • Modify Active Directory user accounts • Troubleshoot SCCM agent issues • Troubleshoot WMI issues on Windows XP, Windows 7 • No direct reports in this position • Key relationships with MS Server, MS Engineering and Networking teams as well as internal desktop users. • The need for continuing the contract is based on periodic reviews of the needs of BCUS.
