Position: SFDC Technical Lead Location: Columbus, IN Duration: 6+ Months *Job Responsibilities:* Working as Onsite Technical Lead, be the primary point of contact for the customer in regard to the project Perform and lead SFDC configuration and customization activities per client requirements Coordinate the requirements and deliverables with the offshore team Communicate effectively on a continuous basis with the customer and the onsite/offshore teams Work with business analysts and client on requirement analysis, conducting POCs, and estimating and designing state of the art solution for SFDC projects Creation of technical design documents *Minimum Qualifications:* Experience as a technical Lead or team lead with proven experience in team management and managing offshore-onsite tasks.
