*Must Have: Mid Level Experience with CCAR Regulatory Reporting with RWA
and PPNR*

*Requirement:  *Highly visible position responsible for driving the CCAR
Program’s interaction with key management & capital-focused governance
bodies within the bank.  This position is responsible for establishing &
executing the reporting & governance calendar that drives the program’s
interaction with its key CCAR Program oversight bodies.



To perform these duties, the Manager will liaise closely with CCAR
stakeholders, including members of the Capital Management, Finance, Risk,
and Technology teams.  The manager may also oversee analysts as part of
their day-to-day duties.

·         Responsible for program reporting to key governance bodies,
including but not limited to executive management committees & the board of
directors.  Ensure meaningful and relevant information while guaranteeing
data integrity and accuracy of content.

·         Maintain program governance calendar. Proactively review the
timing of key governance meetings to ensure alignment with CCAR activities
and address any issues identified.

·         Synthesize disparate components of the program to tell a cohesive
story regarding the organization’s performance

·         Proactively communicate with management on potential reporting
issues and propose solutions and alternatives

·         Ensure required program updates and governance reviews occur

·         Team with the program stakeholders on an ongoing basis to enhance
the efficiency, accuracy, and control of program reporting processes

·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and
the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives,
managers, and subject matter experts

·         Manage direct & indirect resources toward program goals, with
focus on coordination and review of team’s duties as well as professional
development

·         Participate / lead select process & control reviews for the
program

·         Perform other duties as assigned.
