Under independent direction, the Sr. Production Support Analyst (Sr. PSA) develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues and plays a major role in the implementation and ongoing support of major systems. The Sr. PSA participates in re-platforming and re-engineering efforts essential to ongoing system support, staying abreast of business and technological changes. The Sr. PSA analyzes current systems considering system capacity, limitations, operation time and desired results. The Sr. PSA documents requirements due to re-engineering of applications, translates into functional and/or technical specifications, writes and executes test cases and plans, oversees the testing process, and maintains vendor relationships for implementation and issue resolution when necessary. The Sr. PSA acts a team leader for application management projects, or a portion of a project, with small budgets of a short duration. Under independent direction, the Sr. Production Support Analyst (Sr. PSA) supports integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues and plays a major role in the implementation and ongoing support of data management systems. The Sr. PSA is responsible for the following responsibilities: ? 5 plus years’ experience with general Data Governance principles, methodologies, and frameworks is a critical area of focus for the position including Master Data Management and Data Quality ? Implements procedures to maintain, monitor, backup and recovery operations for ETL environment ? Report regularly on health and performance of ETL environment and jobs ? Conduct ETL optimization, troubleshooting and debugging ? Monitor domain services and troubleshoot any errors ? Manage, implement and administer the Informatica ILM and TDM products (Data Archive, Data Subset, Dynamic/Persistent Data Masking). ? Develops disaster recovery and failover strategies for the data integration environment. ? Manage the Informatica domain, nodes, grid, Service Manager and Application Services including PowerCenter and IDQ. Manage and administer the Informatica PowerExchange CDC for SQL Server configuration, Table Registration, Extraction maps and migrate Registration in upper environments. ? Manage user and user group access to the domain components. Perform import and export ETL jobs across various ETL projects and servers. ? Provide development support to ETL application development teams. ? Establish projects, roles, users, privileges in different ETL environments (DEV, QA, PROD) ? Collaborate with US data warehouse and ETL developers to implement ETL solutions ? Establish ETL admin as part of team responsible for building out and maintaining US data warehouse ? Record and maintain ETL software and operational procedures ? Conduct troubleshooting production and ETL job issues ?
