*• Primary roles and responsibilities: *

- Assess the current call center environment - IVR, PBX, recording, etc.
• Identify potential areas of risk to the operation,
• Document the current environment and
• Develop a future state roadmap for the integration of the three
companies.
- Plan strategy for Operating model – call center technology

 Minimum 8 years of technical architecture / consulting experience

* Must have: *
* Experience with Avaya AEP, IVR
* Experience with Call Center infrastructure and applications
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent trouble-shooting skills
