If they are anywhere else in the US, they will be traveling 80% of the time. *Top 3 Skillsets:* UNIX/Linux fundamentals in relation to UNIX scripting and administration NoSQL data storage experience Kafka and RabbitMQ GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE CRITICAL *Engagement Description* Support the CenturyLink Cognilytics organization in the design ad development of big-data-as-a-service products on top of the Hadoop ecosystem. Responsibilities will include product development and 3rd party product integration in an agile environment. *Role Description* •Develop products through integrating new features into the CenturyLink Hadoop stack either through 3rd party products or custom code. •Experience in instrumenting and automating PaaS and SaaS products to support turnkey provisioning of complex software ecosystems with effective support. • Experience in the development of automated alert and resolution workflows. • Experience in the effective management of multi-tenant infrastructures. • Experience deploying software products on varied infrastructures including cloud and bare metal. • Experience in the development of distributed, service based software. • Experience with distributed data storage technologies. • Experience in participating in Agile/Scrum based development environment. • Manage development priorities, projects, resources, issues and risks effectively. *Top 3 Skillsets:* UNIX/Linux fundamentals in relation to UNIX scripting and administration NoSQL data storage experience Kafka and RabbitMQ Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
