Need - *Solutions Architect* - Interview ASAP
Position : Solutions Architect Location : Nashville, TN Duration : 12+ Months **Client prefers local candidates, Citizens and or Green Card holders** *SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :* - Ability to lead whiteboard sessions for server configuration, hardware implementation, develop build books - Support procurement of servers for establishment of new environments - Capability to hands-on initiate and configure new servers - Ability to design server and network schemas for an enterprise environment - Must have experience performing enterprise solution evaluations, documenting current and future clients as well as performing gap analysis. - Must have 5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment. - Networking (firewalls, NAT, DNS, TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, load balancers) - Servers (virtual & physical) - SANs (including replication) - Enterprise backup solutions - Relational database solutions - Security (network, server, application) - Disaster Recovery solutions - Design, support, and/or implementation of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, BI, etc. - System migrations and upgrades - Proficient using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Microsoft Visio, and enterprise collaboration tools. - Experience creating and maintaining high level architectural diagrams for various uses - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff. - Must have demonstrated leadership and time management abilities - Must be comfortable facilitating meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Must be willing to stay current on emerging technologies and how they apply to the client’s environment. - In-state travel may be required but will be compensated as per the client travel regulations. However, client transportation will not be provided. - Flexible work hours may be required.
