May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. · A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. *Software Quality Assurance Analyst* · Works with project leaders to define the scope, objectives and approach for MMEP Phase 2 project User Acceptance Testing (UAT). · Adapts Agile testing best practices to most efficiently satisfy project testing objectives. · Assists the project manager with planning and scheduling of all UAT cycles. · Develops, implements and trains project staff, including business specialists, on test procedures, standards and tools as required to support project UAT activities. · Plans and leads UAT cycles executed during each project Agile sprint and as a separate test level if required for final user acceptance: - Leads walkthroughs of test cases and test results. - Participates in the post-sprint retrospectives and future sprint planning meetings. - Monitors and observes test activities to ensure correct performance by testers. - Provides oversight, review, and approval of UAT cycle activities and cycle closeout. · Reports UAT execution coverage and progress, and highlights key quality concern areas to the OIS SQA/Testing Manager and Medical Marijuana Expansion (MMEP) Project Manager on at least a weekly basis. · Works in collaboration with business specialists to ensure that UAT cycles fully validate requirements for the project. Will be resident with the project business partners. · Executes UAT cycle test cases as required to validate project requirements. · Knowledge of Oregon's Medical Marijuana Program is desired, but not required.
