*Position: Technical BA-CAS Support* *Location: Charlotte NC* *Duration: **3+ Months* *Interview : Phone and F2F* *Job Description:* Seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work in analysts group in supporting SAP CONA Sales application – SAP CAS/Spring Mobile and also legacy home grown application called SFA. This role includes both* application support* and project work - The person should have 5+ years of technical BA experience, with strong understanding of OTC (Order to Cash) process - Very strong analytical and problem solving skills - Practical knowledge of SDLC, Agile and ITIL processes - Working knowledge of writing queries in MS SQL to analyze data - Ability to write test scripts and test integration points is also required. - Strong business communication skills, comfort in working with business users who are not co-located, ability to own an issue from creation through resolution, status reporting on issues and change requests are required.
