The position is responsible for both systems and end user support administration. Systems administration provides architecture, implementation, and support of the Business Objects servers. End user support administration provides management of support tickets, triaging and solving user and systems issues. Work closely with large cross functional teams to setup, troubleshoot, and maintain SAP Business Objects Administration by coordinating activities across technical, end-user, and database administration teams. *Skills and Requirements* - Work in conjunction with network administrators, database administrators, and security personnel, to provide architecture solutions and administration guidelines for SAP Business Objects Enterprise Products - Design, test, and maintain a complex multi-organizational security structure - Perform optimization, system testing, problem solving, and debugging for a multi-tiered SAP BI 4.x landscape in a Windows environment. - Maintain user accounts following security guidelines, license agreements and access requirements. - Perform auditing functions and produce required metric reports - Support the monitoring of system loads, enhancement of reports and other ongoing tasks - Promote changes through the landscape by using SAP Business Objects Promotion Management - Configure, implement and maintain Publications and Scheduling (report bursting/ report distribution) - Be available for 7x24 on-call duties. *Required Experience* - Four (4) years of experience administering Business Objects BI 4.x in a Windows environment - At least two years of SAP BI 4.x security maintenance and administration - At least two years of experience with administration and configuration of at least two (2) of the following: Web Intelligence, Universe Designer/Information Design Tool, Analysis for Office, Design Studio/Dashboards, - Two (2) years of experience with Architecture and Design preferred - Experience with BOE content and applications for users/groups - Experience in Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer - Experience configuring and managing Apache Web Server with Apache Tomcat - Experience with SAP Data Services installation and configuration - Experience integrating SAP Business Objects with Microsoft Active Directory (AD) a plus - Experience with third party scheduling tools (Infoburst, APOS) preferred - One (1) year experience with configuring and implementing auditing (Auditing Data Store tables) - Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate intricate processes to internal and external customers - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Additional work hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call as required Regards, Prasad SRA OSS, Inc 5201 Great America Pkwy Suite 419, Santa Clara , CA 95054 [email protected] W 408 418 0290 www.sraoss.com | www.sra.co.jp -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
