5 Month Contract NO H1B *Specific Responsibilities and Requirements for this role:* *Hands on report development with Cognos Report Studio leveraging the functionality of Report Studio along with good SQL skills (MDX skills nice to have) *Experience creating canned reports, dashboards against relational as well as OLAP data sources *Experience creating drill thru, master detail reports. *Experience in performance tuning reports and data validation in Cognos reports by writing SQL against the database. *Working and/or conceptual knowledge with Cognos Framework Manager (Metadata modeling tool), dimensional modeling including DMR and cubes. Candidate must have strong MS Office skills specifically Excel and Word. In addition to above responsibilities, a candidate with create and manage solution design and procedure documents experience to help comply with Risk Operations and Audit process is a plus. *A candidate needs to be willing to work and perform with strict deadlines. * A candidate should be willing to learn new tools for the reporting purpose. Candidate should be flexible, collaborative, calm under pressure and have strong communication skills.
