Directing additional design resources on design specifications and maintaining quality control. Providing solutions to business issues related to system optimization. Coordinating the deployment of all components. Determining technical specifications and maintaining standards. Instructing AEM Authors on the technical use of components. Helping to define and plan the scope and application of system enhancements. Interpreting graphic visual or interactive designs in HTML, CSS (LESS), Grunt, and Java. Programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery, YUI or Prototype. Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies. Testing for compliance to specified standards such as accessibility standards in the clients region or domain.
