*Need EAD, GC, TN or Citizen Only!!* *They are looking for a PeopleSoft Administrator who has supported the HR PeopleSoft Life-cycle before.* Need an experienced PeopleSoft Environment System Administrator to support the HR PeopleSoft Lifecycle and HR Stabilization projects and to provide PeopleSoft Production Support. A major responsibility of the administrator will be to perform PeopleTools Upgrades and PUM implementations in addition to other System Administration functions. • Upgrade PeopleTools from 8.53 to 8.55 • Install and configure PeopleTools components like Integration Broker, Interaction Hub, Secure Enterprise Search (SES), PeopleSoft Test Framework etc. • Implement PUM Images for PeopleSoft HCM and Interaction Hub • Administer vendor software incl. STAT for migration, change and version control • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the PeopleSoft infrastructure, environments, and tools • Provision PeopleSoft applications including software install and configuration • Provision PeopleSoft environments including builds, refreshes and maintenance • Install and configure PeopleTools components like Integration Broker, Interaction Hub, Secure Enterprise Search (SES), PeopleSoft Test Framework etc. • Set up and maintain integration between infrastructure components (including Firewall, Loadbalancer, Database connection), with other applications and vendors, internal shared system components, B2B/B2C/B2E • Develop, implement, and enforce migration, versioning, and change control procedures/standards • Provide pro-active performance monitoring and capacity planning • Troubleshoot environment related issues • Coordinate work with offshore PeopleSoft System Administration team • Perform system performance tuning • Provision system security • Maintain configuration management database (CMDB) for supported applications • Perform system maintenance • Support system lifecycle management, including upgrades and decommissioning. • Develop and maintain system documentation • Work closely and effectively with other infrastructure team members, development, project management and internal business clients • Work directly with management to formulate direction of system technologies • Train/Mentor less experienced resources • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, UNIX environment, SQL, XML, Messaging and encryption technologies • Experience working with off-shore support teams • Provide off-hours support including night and weekend on-call access • Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audiences (management, users, vendors, technical staff) in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding • Effectively manages scope and client expectations • Experience in defining implementation strategies, developing systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions • Ability to articulate, prioritize, and communicate complex issues and risks to senior management • Ability to prioritize work tasks in accordance with goals and make effective use of time in an environment with multiple deadlines and goals • Ability to conduct research, evaluate technology trends and provide leading practice recommendations • Extensive experience in progressively responsible positions focused on PeopleSoft System Administration including installation/configuration, maintenance, trouble shooting and performance tuning for PeopleTools (Application Server, Web Server, Integration Broker, Process Scheduler, etc.). Experience in Tools 8.53 and above is preferred. • Experience in applying patches/fixes and new features including installation of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), change package creation and management via Change Assistant.
