Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Thousand Oaks, CA Duration: 7 Month with possible extension *Please send resumes to my official ID* *Need GC EAD or GC or USC* *Near by or Local Candidates* Skills and Experience Required: Agile Scrum Master experience Business Analyst skill set Experience with requirements documentation and process documentation Bachelor's Degree at least 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong Agile scrum master to assist in starting up two new agile teams and as a business analyst assist the larger program with process documentation. Agile scrum master for two teams working in observational research using real world data (Claims and electronic medical records) by setting up and facilitating various agile ceremonies and removing team blockers. Represent those teams in the larger Real World Data program as part of a scrum of scrums. This will include cross team planning with other scrum masters and product owners, reporting out the work completed by the team and helping the product owner with projected team velocity and release planning. Assess program operations process documentation for consistency with company policies and create, update as needed. Additionally, they shall ensure that the operations teams are aware of the updates and have incorporated them accordingly.
