Looking for a SCRUM COACH.
6 month contract to hire – must be USC or GC holder
Phone/face to face interview ideal – they will consider skype for the final
round
Consultant can sit in MN, NC or CT.

Job Description;
•Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release
Train/Value Stream
•Establish team level cadence and drive team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint
planning, team retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.) in alignment with
Program level cadences established
•Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team to encourage
adoption of good agile practices
•Be a change agent and foster a “learn by doing” environment
•Ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration
•Remove impediments for the team(s) and escalate as appropriate
•Take responsibility for managing the scrum team’s dependencies between the
program team and third parties, release managers, or other scrum teams.
•Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution
•Work with the Agile Program Lead(APL)/Release Train Engineer to drive the
definition and refinement of the program andteam backlogs, assist with PI
planning activities and other program needs as necessary
•Build and Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on
team-level progress and quality
•Actively contribute to the company’s Agile and Lean Community through
participation in the internal Agile Community of Practice and Scrum Master
Forums.
•Provide real time feedback to the methodology team based on experiences
with software delivery teams

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the
qualifications listed in this posting.

Required Qualifications:
•5+ years of IT experience
•5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach
•5+ years of experience working on mixed methodology program (Scrum
interfacing with Waterfall from a dependency perspective)
•5+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team
projects
•3+ years of Rally
•3+ years Iterative development
•3+ years of software development processes and procedures
•3+ years of Backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task
definition
•3+ years of incremental delivery and the value of metrics

Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
•Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
•Scrum Master Industry certification
•SAFe Certification(s)
•Lean Methodology Certifications
•Healthcare experience
•Understanding of other processes and methodologies and ability to speak
intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to
the program/enterprise
•Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development
practices
