Ø Must be capable of managing complex good sized (smallest should be at least 10 Dev’s and lasting over one year). Ø Bachelors Degree required – experience in the working world past this point is most important Ø PMP Certification suggested – doesn’t necessarily make them a better Project Manager but why wouldn’t you have this? *Job Specification - Skills:* * * Ø Must be capable of managing global medium/large sized projects.
