Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent business experience, in the field of Computer Science or Business Administration Experience working with technical staff and line of business users, at all levels of the organization. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Project Office, Excel and other project management tools Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and the software development/testing lifecycle (SDLC). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Motivated and assertive in learning and taking ownership of projects. Must possess good analytical skills, and have good written and oral communication. Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision. Good client interaction and presentation skills.
