Position : Network Lan Engineer Location : New York, NY or Chicago, IL Duration : 5-8 months, possibly longer *Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP).* *Job Description:* Cisco CCDP Certification Required • LAN Switching / Level 2 Services: •LAN Switching Design and Implementation Support: • 802.3 Ethernet Bridging and Switching Standards • Support relationships with key upstream IT delivery organizations (IP Services, application support, etc.) • LAN Capacity and performance analysis for project planning. • Business As Usual (BAU) network software and hardware maintenance projects. • Support project quality metrics. • Provide technology leadership to other members of network team.
