• High Level Solution Diagrams (short of architecture)
• Gap Analysis
• Defect/Root Cause Analysis
• Conducting JAD sessions
• UML
• Data Mapping Documents
*Experience:*
• 5 – 6 years of experience as a business system analyst is
required
• 3 - 4 years of experience in the health insurance industry is
required
• Should be extremely proficient in Health Care product types
• Should be highly knowledgeable regarding various health care
provider types
• Affordable Care Act implementation experience preferred
• Blues experience preferred, including ITS knowledge
• Mandate experience (BCBSA, Federal, State)
• NASCO experience preferred
• MetaVance experience preferred
• Medicare/Medicaid knowledge proficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Expertise in Summary of Benefit Coverage and Portals is
required.
