Job Title : SAP HR Functional Lead Location : MD Duration : 6-9 Months US Citizen, GC or TN Only Please Primary Skills: Senior / Lead level SAP HCM/HR Functional experience (PA & OM) Secondary Skills: Project Management experience is a plus Description: We have a need for a Senior/Lead level SAP HCM/HR Functional Consultant, strong in PA & OM for a new implementation, ASAP start. This project is initially 6-9 months & can go for 3 years for the right resource (the client will be implementing Comp, Talent Mgmt, etc. in later phases). Majority of the work will be based in Mexico, with occasional travel to the Annapolis, MD area. Therefore, the candidate must have bilingual communication skills, as this will be a client facing role. MUST HAVE: SAP HCM/HR Functional PA& OM - heavy configuration & implementation experience (Senior / Lead Level) Bilingual Communication skills Some Project Management experience is a plus The Latin American countries that will be implemented are: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia Ecuador, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Peru, Puerto Rico, Venezuela. The Mexico locations are Nogales and Chihuahua...largest concentration of Mexico workers are in Nogales.
