*Client – Wolters Kluwer * *Position – Application Developer (C#/.NET)* *Location – Madison, WI* *Duration – 6+ months * This person will have to pass a *technical screening* from one of our .Net Architects prior to getting them in at WK. WK wants us to do the technical screening so it’s not wasting their time. Instead of doing that assessment they used to send out. Develops cost-effective information technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications that are more complex with full competency. Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Reviews systems under development and related documentation. Creates more complex prototypes. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements more complex software applications. May coordinate activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs. Develop automated acceptance tests focused around user clinical workflow processes through analysis, design, and implementation tasks to support the full lifecycle of Software as a Service (SaaS)/Web based application development. Work within the defined Agile development methodology. Develop testing solutions using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) to create maintainable and extensible test framework. Implement solutions using User Acceptance Test Driven Development Principles. Investigate problem areas within the applications and report them.
