He wants a Support BA ( not someone who wants an analysis job. doesn’t want someone who will get bored and leave ) They use BVP ( ERP ) Any ERP is fine *DESCRIPTION:* The Business Systems Analyst role will work with internal and external customers to provide technology, application, business and system processes support · · Support existing ERP application ( mid sized ) · Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users. · Provide for proactive management and oversight for applications and their support. This includes monitoring of service and performance metrics, incident and root cause analysis. · Monitor the queue of service tickets related to these applications · Gather the user’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms ( business process related or systems related ) · Deliver service and support to end-users in 12 sites via phone / email ( some onsite ) · Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles · Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions · Respond to all support requests in a timely, professional and quality manner. *REQUIREMENTS:* · Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or a closely related field · Experience supporting mid-sized ERP applications ( Like *BVP* or *Microsoft Dynamics, BPCS, JDE*, etc ) · Understanding of business process flows of order management, Inventory management, operations flows, some finance.
