*Job Description*
Seeking an experienced and talented Java and UI Developer to join our team
who will be responsible for analysis, design and development of web-based
applications using Java, HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies.
*Responsibilities :*
• Developer will be responsible for front-end web development
• Developer will do analysis, design, code and unit test new
programs.
• Provides application support/troubleshoots a variety of
problems.
• Migrate existing Web Application built using Adobe Flex to
latest JavaScript technology stack.
• Effectively works and communicates with Business Analyst, QA,
DBA's to understand the issues and requirements.
*Skills :*
• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Java development
experience.
• Must possess strong knowledge of design patterns and
practices.
• Must understand existing web application in Adobe Flex
frontend.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, RDBMSs preferably Oracle will be a
plus.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Team player.
*MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS *
3+ Java, JEE technologies
3 SQL
3 Front-end frameworks - JSF, Struts, AJAX,
HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS, JQuery
*PREFERRED SKILLS *
3+ Adobe Flex
3+ Experience with J2EE servers
3+ Eclipse IDE, Maven, Subversion
*EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent*
