college degree or equivalent technical study or advanced degree<br>Role

and evaluates business systems and user needs<br>Works well with IT and 
functional areas<br>Designs architecture for an organization on an enterprise 
level<br>Evaluates and revises business processes<br>Leads and directs the work 
of others<br>Anticipates and resolves issues<br>Sets deadlines, assigns 
responsibilities, and monitors progress<br>Proficient in one or more project 
management tools<br>Ensures that all project goals are accomplished according 
to specifications and business objectives<br>Determine time estimates and 
schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner<br>Identify and 
track issues, risks and action items<br>Anticipate, identify, track and resolve 
issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team. Develop

<li>Mastery of Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft Office SharePoint 
Server</li>
<li>SharePoint development experience using .Net, Windows Web Services where SP 
is mining data from Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, etc and displaying reports 
</li>
<li>Experience with developing and implementing advanced workflows and forms 
</li>
<li>Development experience using MS SQL</li>
<li>Microsoft CRM experience a plus </li>
<li>Work experience in programming MS-Office applications (Excel, Access, 
macros &amp; VBA)</li>
<li>Able to import &amp; link data from different sources (text files, ODBC, 
FTP etc.)</li>
<li>Exposure to web technologies Intranet / Internet (IIS, ASP, HTML, VBScript, 
Java Script)</li>
<li>Familiar with database design concepts (able to analyze &amp; design a 
relational database structure)</li>
<li>Ability to work directly with internal customers/project owners </li>
<li>Web, e-mail, and Internet savvy </li>
<li>Agile and iterative methodologies experience a plus</li>
</ul>
