If interested please apply directly with an updated resume and contact details to reach you.PS Developer for Data conversion App designer, App Engine, SQR, Oracle SQL, Knowledge and experience in PS-Workday conversion is a plus. - Experience as a testing or Functional lead in large scale HCM implementation projects, preferably Workday. - Knowledge of testing cycles for HCM, integrations and payroll (including payroll parallel coordination) - Strong background in metrics reporting for testing (progress, defects, resources, etc.) - Skilled at working with users across multiple locations in US and coordinating status calls - Own Testing strategy with deep collaboration with workstream leads - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment, skilled in providing direction, guidance and planning for the testers - Lead data validation track for data converted from PS to Workday - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment - Ability to work and adapt to change quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints - Work with conversion lead and analysts in data mapping and building scripts to extract data from PeopleSoft for Workday. - Build validation scripts to review data output from Workday after conversion is complete. - Impact analysis and problem-solving for data conversion defects. - Provide regular status on data conversion. - Provide PS technical support/reporting assistance during non-conversion periods. - Unit-testing of all conversion and validation scripts. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
