*Requirement :*6 yrs experience working on enterprise-wide administrative
systems (HR and/or Financials), planning and developing deliverables.
Experience working on a large systems implementation project.
Designing and developing recommendations for Organizational Change
Management (“OCM”) activities to support organizational decision making,
planning, and implementation of solutions.
Assessing impacts of system changes on organizational structures, roles,
and skill sets and educating organizational units about the changes.
Working on process-change activities supported by IT solutions and
translating them into change plans.
Experience utilizing a methodology for OCM activities and creating
materials to support organizational change initiatives, including tools,
documents, discussion guides, and reference materials.
Assisting organizational units align to new or different business processes
& roles.
Helping stakeholders understand and adjust to process & technology changes.
Experience utilizing organizational readiness surveys.
Establishing and working effectively in teams, collaborating across all
levels of employment hierarchy and organizational areas.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor with a broad range of
users, stakeholders, project team members, executives, advisory groups, and
other campus groups.
Experience in project management or supervision.
Experience successfully making recommendations to Change Leadership and
Project Executive Leadership.
Unafraid to propose difficult solutions to stakeholders in
executive/leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organizational Design, Communications,
Computer Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, English, or Business, or
equivalent work experience
