*Position: Java Programmer* *Location: Lorain, OH * *Duration: 4+ months* *Interview: will hire off the phone * *Job Description:* National Atlanta based organization is seeking a Java Programmer to join their team for a 4 month project. Responsibilities: - Act as a technology mentor to team members. - Evaluate leading-edge technologies and use this information to influence future business strategies. - Maintain an enterprise wide perspective in supporting their customer area(s) seeking solutions that optimally support the enterprise. - Design systems/applications with a high level of complexity (e.g. many interfaces, services, multiple packages, platforms). Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related educational experience, or related professional experience. - Must have diverse experience utilizing Java tools in business, Web and client-server environments including Java Platform, J2EE, JDBC technologies. - 5+ years of experience using Hibernate and understanding ORM. - 5+ years of experience using SVN, JBOSS, and Oracle - 5+ years of experience with using Spring MVC frameworks, Eclipse, Java, JPA, JSON and Java Services. - Experience using various design patterns preferably MVC, Singleton, Facade and Factory. - Proficient in OOD and Implementation, Design Patterns.
