the services of one (1) Organizational Alignment Analyst, who meets the general 
qualifications of <strong><i>ITSAC Business Analyst 3 Category, Emerging 
Technology Type </i></strong>and the specifications outlined.</p> 
<p><strong>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum 
Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>Years 
Skills/Experience</p> <p>6 Experience working on enterprise-wide administrative 
systems (HR and/or Financials), planning and developing deliverables. </p> <p>4 
Experience working on a large systems implementation project.</p> <p>6 
Experience designing and developing recommendations for Organizational Change 
Management (“OCM”) activities to support organizational decision making, 
planning, and implementation of solutions.</p> <p>4 Experience assessing 
impacts of system changes on organizational structures, roles, and skill sets 
and educating organizational units about the changes.</p> <p>4 Experience 
working on process-change activities supported by IT solutions and translating 
them into change plans.</p> <p>6 Experience utilizing a methodology for OCM 
activities and creating materials to support organizational change initiatives, 
including tools, documents, discussion guides, and reference materials.</p> 
<p>4 Experience assisting organizational units align to new or different 
business processes &amp; roles.</p> <p>4 Experience helping stakeholders 
understand and adjust to process &amp; technology changes.</p> <p>2 Experience 
utilizing organizational readiness surveys.</p> <p>6 Experience in establishing 
and working effectively in teams, collaborating across all levels of employment 
hierarchy and organizational areas. </p> <p>6 Demonstrated ability to serve as 
a trusted advisor with a broad range of users, stakeholders, project team 
members, executives, advisory groups, and other campus groups.</p> <p>6 
Experience in project management or supervision.</p> <p>8 Experience 
facilitating, presenting, and developing professional presentations.</p> <p>8 
Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications such 
as Visio.</p> <p>Comfort level taking on high levels of responsibility for 
project deliverables and solutions. </p> <p>Experience successfully making 
recommendations to Change Leadership and Project Executive Leadership. Unafraid 
to propose difficult solutions to stakeholders in executive/leadership 
roles.</p> <p>Leadership skills and experience and ability to capture key 
elements in brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead 
group to define and achieve goals.</p> <p>Experience working independently, 
effectively managing multiple tasks and directional changes under short and 
firm deadlines and a strong ability to work creatively and analytically in a 
problem-solving environment.</p> <p>Ability to promote a positive, professional 
image and maintain confidentiality. </p> <p>Ability to tolerate ambiguity and 
learning new things in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Attention to detail and 
ability to analyze information to uncover patterns and trends.</p> 
<p>Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation and presentation (written 
and oral) skills.</p> <p>Ability to break down complex concepts and processes 
into understandable messages, process maps, and support materials.</p> 
<p>Degree Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organizational Design, 
Communications, Computer Science, Psychology, Social Sciences, English, or
