This role isclient facing so your best candidates with strong communication skills are welcomed and appreciated. *As a reminder, EAD (OPT, GC, EC) status must be clearly stated on submission. *Required Skills and Experience:* - 5 years of Documentum installation, configuration, upgrade, and support - 1 year of administering and supporting xCP 1.x or 2.x applications - 5 years of SQL, DQL, API, XML, XSL - 5 years of UNIX/Linux/Windows shell scripting - 5 years of J2EE Application Server installation, configuration, and support including WAR/EAR packaging and deployment - Strong working knowledge of what is required to monitor and maintain a Documentum application in an optimal working state - Strong working knowledge of Webtop, WDK Presets, WebPublisher, SCS/IDS, and Composer - Strong working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows environments - Managing Production support - Strong oral and written communication *Desired Skills:* - Project management or technical leadership experience - Working knowledge of xCP, DAM, RM, RPSA, TCS, MyDocumentum suite, EDRSS, and DAB/DAI - Development experience in Documentum and Java - Working knowledge of Captiva InputAccel - Working knowledge of SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Indexer for Documentum *Responsibilities:* - The candidate will ensure the continuity of the 24/7 production environment, and support the Enterprise Content Management Development and Test environments. - The candidate will work as part of a team that supports and develops applications for use against the Documentum 5.2.5x, 5.3x, 6.5x, 6.7x and 7.0 platforms in production, test, and development environments. - The work will entail administration of Documentum and Captiva environments, including performing upgrades, and providing technical and troubleshooting support. - The work will cover support of collaboration, Enterprise Documentum Management, Web Content Management, Imaging, and Records Management applications. - This candidate will be supporting configuration management, and reviewing and editing pertinent documentation to ensure high quality documents are produced and maintained. - After hours and on call support will be required of this position. - Work within an existing support team, and interact with users for various operational tasks. - Provide operations support of the production, test, and development Documentum environments, including off hours support as needed. - Manage day to day operations and project tasks. - Ensure system architecture documents are properly maintained. Review and update project documents to ensure program standards are met and technical content is complete. - Coordinate with other contractor organizations for infrastructure support. - Ensure CM standards are met.
