*Position: PeopleSoft Implementation Specialist* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Interview: Phone and F2F * *Local preferred and Healthcare client experience will get preference* *Job Description:* Client is seeking a qualified PeopleSoft Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials as part of its Financial Services Integration Program. This Program involves multiple business technology upgrades, migrations and integrations; alignment of staff functions; updating of policies and procedures; and communications and change management over a multi-year period. The success of this program will result in transforming the current disparate operations and technologies of the multiple entities of client Medical Center, Benioff Children’s Hospitals, Faculty Practice, Langley Porter Psychiatric Hospitals and Clinics, BayChildren’s Physicians, Bay Area Accountable Care Network, Inc. and BayHealth, LLC– into an integrated organization with common tools, processes and shared services. *Duties and Essential Job Functions* PeopleSoft Financials functional subject matter expert with proven experience in the full capability of the application to work with multiple teams composed of staff, consultants and outsourcing providers. Individual will operate as the Functional Lead on the implementation of PeopleSoft Financials for selected UCSF Health entities. This person will play an active role in leading all phases of the project including system design and configuration, integration across modules and integrating development items with other PeopleSoft and non- PeopleSoft applications. The candidate will be an advocate for user constituents and promote acceptance of new processes and systems. Lead the planning and execution tasks supporting the PeopleSoft Financials implementation for the functional team Perform as Business Analyst and subject matter expert (SME) on PeopleSoft Financials modules Define, develop and implement processes, procedures and strategies for the PeopleSoft implementation Determine interface requirements; lead discovery efforts and prepare specs Comply with the project management life cycle methodologies by developing the project schedule and participating in other project management activities such as scope development, cost analysis and risk assessment Act as liaison between the technical team and business community in support of the PeopleSoft implementation Support the QA process including the development and execution of test plans Provide and/or support PeopleSoft end user training Design, document and roll out post-PeopleSoft implementation operating procedures *Required minimum qualifications an individual must possess include:* * At least 7+ years of experience implementing PeopleSoft Financials in complex PeopleSoft environments* * Proven management experience on at least 3 large, complex, full life-cycle implementations* * Solid PeopleSoft technical foundation background* * Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations* * Ability to work well with all levels from developers to key stakeholders* * Skills to communicate clearly and effectively* * Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point)* * Experience with project management methods, processes, standards, and tools* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
