Immediate Need Windows Systems Engineer - Need local to PA - Rate $30/Hr
Position : Windows Systems Engineer Location : Trevose, PA (Outside of Philly) Duration : 3-6 months *Rate : $30/Hr * *Face to Face Required* *Skills and Experience:* · Assist Corporate IT Production team in configuring and defining parameters for installation or testing of North America local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), hubs, routers, switches, controllers, multiplexers, or related networking equipment in accordance with Corporate standards. (Networking) ·Evaluate local area network (LAN) or wide area network (WAN) performance data to ensure sufficient network availability/speed, to identify network problems, or for disaster recovery. · Coordinate with Corporate IT Production team and service providers to implement problem resolution. (Networking) · Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and infrastructure problems, and replace defective components when necessary. (Networking and Server) · Responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of servers. (Microsoft Engineer) · Install, configure and maintain wireless networking equipment, firewall software and local area networks. (Networking) · Install new hardware or software systems or components, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure. · Configure group or individual security settings or access permissions to control access to files or documents stored on network servers. (Microsoft Engineer) · Define and enforce data backup policies and disaster recovery operations. (Microsoft Engineer) · Monitor disk space availability, or server function. (Microsoft Engineer) · Document infrastructure support procedures and activities. (Office skill) · Monitor network performance to determine current or future need for adjustments or changes. (Microsoft Engineer/Networking Engineer) · Understand and monitor infrastructure warranty terms and expedite warranty renewals when required. (Office skill) · Lead network improvement and infrastructure update projects for Gamesa’s North America operations. (Project management) · Responsible for infrastructure sourcing and Vendor relations. (Project management) · Assist with User Support activities.
