*Location: **Bay Area, CA* *Duration:* 9 months * Rate :* $35$ per hr * * *Must Have Skills: * · 4+ Years of Business analysis experience · Experience in QA and ability to write Test plan, Test cases and manual execution of test cases. · Experience in RUP, UML methodologies · Experience in Requirements gathering, Client Interaction, documenting system requirements, GAP analysis Experience in System Testing, User-Acceptance testing. · Familiarity with *Insurance* and P&C Products *Desired Skills: * · Familiarity with XML, SQL Queries and Web-based systems · Familiarity with Requisite Pro or other Requirement management tools *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * • Analyze Business Requirements, perform gap analysis and develop high level and low level Use Cases, Activity Diagrams/State Chart Diagrams and Robustness Diagram using Rational Rose. • Collaborate in building a business analysis process model using Rational Rose, RequisitePro and Visio • Conduct Build validation, report status and timely escalation of issues to the supervisor. • Design and author Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specifications and Supplementary Specification. • Work with Business Users through interviews and Joint Application Development sessions (if required). • Integration Testing, System Testing and User Acceptance Testing Support • Production Implementation Support • Post-Implementation Support -- *Thanks and Regards, Vinaya Kumar Sr. Resourcing Specialist Systel Inc.
