Required Skills:
•    The individual must be self-motivated, resourceful, and articulate.
•    The Project Coordinator must possess a clear sense of accountability
and must be able to exercise independent judgment, and render sound
business decisions.
•    A BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with
minimum of 3 years working as a project coordinator, or minimum of 8 years
of experience in IT project coordination and management.
•    Project Management experience, including working on large
multi-million dollar projects, is required.
•    Experience with multiple large projects, vendor contract agreements,
monthly progress reporting, and jobs reporting are required.
•    Experience with compliance related matters, such as procurement
activities, sub-awardee and vendor flow down provisions, property tracking,
equipment disposition, and records retention is required.
•    Strong leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication
skills are required.
•    Individual must have a proven track record of relationship building
skills, and be able to successfully lead multi-discipline meetings.
•    Must be well organized, detail oriented, flexible to handle multiple
assignments and projects, and able to meet deadlines.
•    Demonstrated experience in project management and technical writing is
required.
•    Fundamental knowledge of electrical principals, and the potential
impact of various technological, and process enhancements on the electric
utility business is preferred.
•    Exposure to the public forums such as town208 hall meetings is
preferred.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint is required.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will directly report to the Manager of CCATT or his
designee, and will be responsible for ensuring that CCATT projects are
implemented in accordance with their schedules. The Project Coordinator
will coordinate the efforts among CCATT team members, and outside
organizations, to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet
project timelines. The Project Coordinator will work with project
stakeholders and owners to help prioritize work and projects, and address
resource conflicts before, and as they arise. In doing so, the Project
Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the administration of the
project (e.g.- procurement, timekeeping, property tracking, and records
retention), as well as the corporate reporting requirements of the project,
if any, are completed successfully in accordance with a detailed project
implementation plan, and schedule.
•    Responsible for acting as a point liaison between the project team and
various Company Departments as well as other consultants, sub awardees, and
vendors who provide services, as necessary.
•    Shall conduct meetings to coordinate CCATT project efforts.
•    Required to interface with Auditing, Purchasing, Cost Management,
Distribution Engineering, Electric Operations, and Information Resources to
ensure that administrative and technical matters are resolved in a timely
manner.
•    Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of records required
for the project and shall ensure that records, including compliance related
reference materials, are kept current and available.
•    Shall serve as a point contact between CCATT and our company Auditing
department, and shall support CCATT during audits.
•    Shall follow-up and ensure timely execution of compliance related
matters that may result from the compliance reviews.
•    Shall be cognizant of budget compliance, and must ensure that costs
are minimized through savings in time, materials, and proper work
procedures.
•    Shall also be responsible for writing technical reports, and preparing
technical presentations for all levels of Company management, as well as
outside entities, as necessary.
