maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization. <br> 
Create and maintain project capital and non-capital spending plan. <br> Create 
and maintain project financial justification. <br> <strong>Collaborate with 
senior engineering team to procure materials, and services required for R&amp;D 
design testing</strong>.<br> Recommend any process improvements or synergies 
that can be leveraged through interaction in different areas. <br> Manage the 
daily and long-term strategic management of (WBS) capital assets purchasing 
projects. <br> Work with the Project Manager to ensure budget allocations are 
reasonable in accordance with project timeline.<br> Monitor and analyse trends 
in company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for 
future budget allocation.</p> <p><strong>Primary Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>
<strong>Enter and maintain integrity of project data files consisting of 
technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, purchase orders, technical 
specifications &amp; other project required data using CWI (matrix) and 
SAP</strong>.</li> <li>Update and maintain engineering data base files with 
information contained in more complex engineering job packets (i.e. 
<strong>Bill of material</strong>, design specifications, etc.)</li> <li>Review 
data against engineering standards prior to loading and works with supervisor 
and/or technical team members to resolve non-conforming data.</li> <li>Support 
the use/integration of project and contract management systems into the daily 
operation of the business. </li> <li>Perform project progress monitoring duties 
including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress 
achieved to date. </li> <li>Assist the project controls manager with evaluating 
schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions. </li> </ul> <p>Meet all 
established project deadlines</p> <p><strong>Secondary Skills:</strong></p>
